Simply Just Wonderful Catering was founded by award winning chef Sam Walker. With over 20 years experience in the catering industry, Sam has worked in a number of prestigious venues including the London Guildhall, a leading City catering venue and with some of the country’s top special event catering co-ordinators.  He was also responsible for the operation of an award winning 2 Rosette restaurant within a large country hotel. 

Being awarded the Culinary Order of Merit by the World Master Chefs Society and winning the Trophy Mondieal competition in Stand de France in 2000 (the first British chef to do so within the Accor group) demonstrates Sam’s flair for creating delicious and Simply Just Wonderful food for any occasion.  Sam with his wife Gillian focus their attention on all types of event catering working with their team of excellent chefs and waiting staff.
